Directions

  • Grill the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once, until they reach an internal temp of 160°F for medium doneness
  • Top each burger with pimento cheese, cover, and cook for another 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Butter the buns and grill for about a minute
  • Serve with lettuce, red onion, tomato, and extra pimento cheese if desired
  • Garnish with Onion Rings and Cole Slaw
