Experience the bold flavors of the Southwest with our delicious tacos! We pile a southwest-inspired twist on our Homestyle Chicken Salad onto crispy hard-shell corn tortillas, topped with our flavorful Chili Lime Rice, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of cooling sour cream so every bite is bursting with craveable flavor!

Ingredients
  • 10 oz. Chili Lime Rice
  • 10 oz. Homestyle Chicken Salad
  • 8-12 Hard Taco Shells
  • 8 oz. Diced Tomatoes (drained)
  • 4 oz. Corn (drained)
  • 4 oz. Black Beans (drained)
  • 3 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 oz. Taco Seasoning

Directions

  • Thoroughly heat the Chili Lime Rice and Homestyle Chicken Salad until an internal temperature of 165° F is reached.
  • In a large bowl, mix the Homestyle Chicken Salad, corn, black beans, and taco seasoning.
  • Using the hard taco shells, layer the southwest-inspired chicken salad with other fresh ingredients (Chili Lime Rice, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, etc.)
  • Serve & enjoy!
