Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. Fully Cooked 6oz Chicken Breasts
  • 2 oz. BBQ Seasoning
  • 10 oz. Black Bean Salsa or Pico de Gallo
  • 10 – 1 oz. bags cheese flavored Doritos or Sun Chips
  • 1 lb. bag Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 lb. sour cream
  • 1 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped

Directions

  • Heat chicken to 165⁰F – Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces
  • Mix BBQ seasoning into shredded chicken
  • Open chip bags, top with BBQ chicken mixture
  • Sprinkle cheese over chicken
  • Spoon in Black Bean Pico/Salsa
  • Add a dollop of sour cream
  • Garnish with cilantro
